SRK's toughest dialogue

In a recent interview Shahrukh Khan claims this dialogue from Guddu to be the one that took him 40 takes to get right and at the end of each take he would erupt into laughter

"Doctor uncle, yeh eye transplant kya hota hai?"

Given below is an excerpt from the interview in which he tells us five scenes he liked doing.

Devdas: When I go home for my dad’s funeral, I tell my mother “Achche aadmi the woh....” It is one of my favourite scenes.
Kuch Kuch Hota Hai: When I come running to the summer school and see Kajol for the first time after so many years and I say, ‘Sari!’ As an actor I really enjoyed doing that scene.
Baazigar: When I say sorry to Shilpa before throwing her off the terrace. In my head the word ‘sorry’ meant ‘I love you a lot’.
Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge:At the station when Kajol invites me for her wedding and I say, ‘Nahin, mein nahin aaunga.’
Swades: When the kid sells me water in a kulhar at the station and then runs to give me my change. I was moved even while doing it.
Kal Ho Na Ho: When I tell Preeti how she should learn to smile and show her how with a ‘Hee hee’.The timing was just right.
